If you don't have a doughnut baking sheet, the dough can be divided into the three equal parts mentioned and patted down to approximately 3/4 to 1-inch thick round disk. Cut the round disk crosswise into quarters and then again into eighths. After cutting the disk into eighths, bake on parchment-papered cookie sheet, as per above, for Mini Carob Scones. Or drop in soup spoonful amounts on the parchment and press down to 3/4 inch thick cookie size pieces for mini round scones.... sconekies? Depending on your oven, slightly shorter baking time may be needed for the mini round scones.
