RECIPE: Orange, Asian Pear and Carob Smoothie

This refreshing carob smoothie is great for this time of the year, when temperature drops and when colds are going around. It packs a hefty dose of Vitamin C and other helpful nutrients.

  • Food Blender or Food Processor


  • 1 large asian pear, chopped or sliced in chunks
  • 2 medium oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup The Australian Carob Co. Roasted or Raw Carob Powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp chia seeds, (for toppings)


  • Run all the ingredients in a food blender or food processor.
  • Pour into serving glasses. Dust with carob powder.
  • Top with chia seeds.
  • Enjoy!
