RECIPE: Orange, Asian Pear and Carob Smoothie
This refreshing carob smoothie is great for this time of the year, when temperature drops and when colds are going around. It packs a hefty dose of Vitamin C and other helpful nutrients.
- 1 large asian pear, chopped or sliced in chunks
- 2 medium oranges, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup The Australian Carob Co. Roasted or Raw Carob Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp chia seeds, (for toppings)
