Raspberry and Carob Smoothie

Healthy and delicious, we are confident that this is another Australian Carob smoothie recipe that will be a crowd favorite!

Carob Products Used: Raw Carob Powder
Carob powder raw
  • 1 cup yoghurt of choice
  • 125g frozen raspberries
  • 1 serve cacao protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons quinoa flakes or oats
  • 1 tbsp of carob powder
  • a handful of currants

Except for the carob powder, run all the the ingredients in a blender. Pour 3/4 of the smoothie into a bowl and add the carob powder to the remaining 1/4 mix then swirl through. Enjoy!
