Oats, Banana and Carob Smoothie

Today’s healthy smoothie is the perfect post-run or post workout treat! Absolutely delicious and nutritious, nothing beats good quality food fuel to help replenish your energy and keep you in best shape!
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of carob powder
- 5 tbsps oats
Run everything in a food processor. Add your preferred toppings. Enjoy!
