Hazelnut Carob Protein Balls

Busy Bee’s Kitchen, always speaking words of wisdom. “Simple things in life are the best.” She says, for this hazelnut carob protein balls recipe, “I didn’t measure a thing! I just threw it all in and pressed a button! However, these approx. measurements should work. Once done, just roll and refrigerate.”

Carob Products Used: Raw Carob Powder

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 3/4 cup pitted dates
  • 3 tbsps peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 serves cacao hazelnut protein powder
  • 3 tbsps carob powder
  • 1 1/2 natural vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tbsp organic maple syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 6-7 tbsps of water
Method:

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor. Gradually add water once everything else is blended, and just enough to reach desired fudgy consistency. For this recipe, it was approximately 6-7 tablespoons. Once done, just roll and refrigerate.
