RECIPE. Cherry, Carob, and Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl
Equipment
- Food Blender
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pitted dark cherries, frozen
- 3/4 cup pomegranate
- 1/2 cup yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup The Australian Carob Co. Roasted or Raw Carob Powder
- 1 tbsp The Australian Carob Co. Carob Syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend on low until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
- Scoop into the serving bowls, dust with carob powder, and add your desired toppings.
