- Carrots. A nutrient powerhouse, carrots are truly nature’s candy because they are naturally sweet.
- Apple and Mango. Equally delicious and nutritious, the flavor profile of these fruits perfectly complements our carrot smoothie base.
- Naturally Sweetened. Feel free to use your preferred carob powder. Choose between raw or roasted.
- Almond Milk. If preferred, we also recommend using carob cashew milk.

- 1 Food Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup apple
- 1/2 cup mango
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp The Australian Carob Co. Roasted or Raw Carob Powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- a pinch of ground cloves
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses.
