Carob White Coffee Cocktail is high on the list of favorites. This specialty beverage is perfect as a naturally sweetened concoction to pick up the pace of the evening. Or any time of the day, depending on how you roll.
Carob White Coffee Cocktail
Developed for us by Stivi Wonders, Carob White Coffee Cocktail is a nod to an old-school cocktail, White Russian. Think of this as a sinfully-delicious yet balanced mix of dessert and danger. Tastes wholesome that it even passes as a brunch drink!
- Arabica Coffee. Dark roast and freshly-brewed.
- Spirit. Proof 80 Vodka and Rum
- Sweet Side. Pure Maple Syrup and Pure Carob Syrup
- Dairy. Heavy Cream (regular milk or almond milk will work too)
It is an excellent example of an all-season drink that demonstrates the best that coffee and carob can contribute to cocktails. But of course, the sweet profile is many thanks to Australian Carobs. The rich flavors of a good Arabica brew pair nicely with vodka and rum. Then there’s maple syrup that completes the caffeinated zip of this cocktail.

Carob White Coffee Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Dark Roast Arabica Coffee, freshly-brewed
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce rum
- 2 tbsps heavy cream
- 1/2 tbsp The Australian Carob Co. Carob Syrup
- 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 5 cubes ice
Instructions
- Mix the five (5) ingredients except for the heavy cream.
- Pour the mix over ice in the serving glass allowing room for addition of heavy cream.
- Gently drizzle the heavy cream on top of the drink for appearance and serve.
- Quick stir before drinking to combine uniformly.
