Carob Melon Cherry Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Equipment
- 1 Food Blender or Food Processor
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsps chia seeds
- 1 cup cantaloupe/melon, cubed
- 1/2 cup cherries, pitted
- 1/2 tbsp The Australian Carob Co. Roasted or Raw Carob Powder
- 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Soak the chia seeds in almond milk while preparing other ingredients.
- Cube the melon and put in the blender jar with the cherries.
- Add carob powder and maple syrup.
- Pour the almond milk-soaked chia seeds over the fruit mixture and blend everything thoroughly.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with fruit, seeds, and nuts.
