Equipment
- 1 Food Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 cup kiwi
- 1 cup banana, sliced (or one large banana)
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks (frozen works too)
- 1 tbsp The Australian Carob Co. Carob Syrup
- 1 tbsp organic almond butter, (homemade is preferred)
- 1 tbsp organic shredded coconut unsweetened
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses. Top with pineapple tidbits, cinnamon and carob powder, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
