Carob Chia Pear Smoothie Recipe
Equipment
- 1 Food Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
- 1 cup pear, chopped (or one whole pear)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp dried fig chopped
- 1/2 tbsp The Australian Carob Co. Roasted or Raw Carob Powder
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Add a pinch of salt, if desired.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses. Dust with carob powder and top with dried fig slices, if preferred.
- Serve immediately!
