Equipment
- 1 Food Blender or Food Processor
Ingredients
SMOOTHIE BASE
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup mango, frozen
- 1/2 cup guava, fresh and ripe
- 1/2 cup plain Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tbsps rolled oats
- 1 tbsp fig, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp The Australian Carob Co. Roasted or Raw Carob Powder
GARNISH INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsps rolled oats
- 2 tbsps homemade Carob Muesli
- 2 tbsps crushed walnuts
- 2 tbsps homemade carob chips (Use this carob chip recipe)
- 2 tbsps dried fig, sliced
Instructions
- Place all the smoothie base ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend on low until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
