RECIPE: Berry Coconut Carob Smoothie Bowl
Equipment
- 1 Food Blender or Smoothie Maker
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1/4 cup raspberries, frozen
- 1/4 cup strawberries, frozen
- 2 tbsps almond butter
- 1 tbsp The Australian Carob Co. Roasted or Raw Carob Powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
SMOOTHIE BOWL GARNISH/TOPPINGS
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp The Australian Carob Co. Pure Raw Carob Kibble Nibbles
- 1/4 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp blueberries, fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Place all the smoothie base ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend on low until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
- Divide and scoop mixture into two serving bowls and top with carob kibbles, chia seeds, blueberries, and coconut flakes.
- Savor immediately. Enjoy!
